The GSWP3-ERA5 dataset initially provided within ISIMIP2a was retracted on Nov. 07, 2019 due to violations of tasmin <= tas <= tasmax in the ERA5 data contained in the dataset. These violations were due to incorrectly processed ERA5 tasmin and tasmax data.
A corrected GSWP3-ERA5 dataset was published on Nov. 11, 2019. The new dataset contains corrected ERA5 tasmin and tasmax data. ERA5 data for all other variables is unchanged. GSWP3 data was homogenised to the corrected ERA5 data. Since this homogenisation was done using a multivariate bias-adjustment method, it affected all variables.
