Produce input data for climate impact modeling:
ISIMIP3BASD - Python code used for bias adjustment and statistical downscaling of ISIMIP3 climate related forcing.
ATTRICI v1.1 - Jupyter Notebook used to produce ISIMIP3 counterfactual climate forcing data.
Sea level projections - Bayesian sea level modeling at the coast and on the grid producing local sea level rise projections consistent with historical data to improve coastal impact assessment and adaptation planning. Ongoing development is available at https://github.com/perrette/sealevelbayes.
Teddy tool v1.1 - Temporal disaggregation of daily climate model data for climate impact analysis.
Process ISIMIP data:
ISIMIP quality control - Command line tool for the quality control of ISIMIP-based climate impact data (Python code).
ISIMIP Publisher - Command line tool to publish ISIMIP data to the ISIMIP Repository.
ISIMIP Files API - Webservice to asynchronously perform operations on NetCDF files before downloading them, using Flask and RQ. Used for the "Configure download" feature on data.isimip.org.
