ISIMIP2b: CLM4.5 picontrol runs based on GFDL-ESM2M deleted

The picontrol run (exp. I) of CLM4.5 based on GFDL-ESM2M has been deleted and will be replaced soon. The run used an incorrect CO2 concentration (constant present-day values, instead of pre-industrial ones).
