ISIMIP2b: JULES-W1 global water files renamed to nosoc

JULES-W1 output files for the global water sector were renamed from 2005soc to nosoc.

2005-level land-use is included, but no dams nor water abstractions. Thus, according to the latest definition in the global water sector, this has to be labeled nosoc.
