Spin-up
Was a spin-up performed?: Yes
Spin-up design: 500 spinup cycles of 20 years starting from 1861 CO2 concentrations.
Natural Vegetation
Natural vegetation partition: JULES uses a fraction file that specifies where the natural vegetation pfts occur.
Natural vegetation dynamics: TRIFFID dynamics allow competed vegetation to change the landcover.
Management & Adaptation Measures
Management: Crops and pastures are defined from by ISIMIP2b inputs.
Soil
Soil layers: 4 soil layers at 01,0.25,0.65 and 2m
Routing
Runoff routing: TRIP routing model
Routing data: TRIP
