Important updates regarding citations, references for models and PNAS submission deadline

We would like to provide you with more detailed information about the PNAS submission deadline and the citations of the ISI-MIP description paper as well as the RCPs.
Additionally, we would like to alert you to some recent updates in the table of ISI-MIP models & references.

1.    Submission deadline for PNAS papers

Manuscripts for the PNAS Special Issue have to be submitted by 5h30pm US Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 31 January 2013.

2.     Citation of ISI-MIP description paper

The ISI-MIP description paper which will appear as part of the ISI-MIP PNAS Special Issue should be cited as follows:

Warszawski et al. (2013, in preparation): Research Design of the Intersectoral Impact Model Intercomparison Project (ISI-MIP).

Note that this is a preliminary citation; as soon as the exact author list and title is fixed, we will let you know so you can update the citation in the revisions or proofs of your paper. 

3. Citation of RCPs

In case you wish to explicitly cite the RCPs, we suggest you refer to the following paper:

Moss R.H. et al. (2010) The next generation of scenarios for climate change research and assessment. Nature 463(7282): 747-756.

4.     Update of models & references table

In the meantime we have received new amendments for the models & references table. You will find these latest updates incorporated into the attached overview table. Please note that there have been updates for the references of PCR-GLOBWB and GLOBIOM (plus full model name). Furthermore, the full model name for MATSIRO has been included and EPIC has been switched to the agriculture sector.
