Dear ISIMIP community,
we would like to draw you attention to a few updates we did to the ISIMIP2b protocol, besides many smaller things:
Water (global/regional):
triver was added: mean monthly water temperature in river (representative of the average temperature across the channel volume) as output variable with the following specifications: K, monthly, 0.5°x0.5°
Forestry:
<dbhclass/total> was removed from the forestry output data table: dbh_classes should now be reported as another dimension within the netcdf file.
Lakes:
- "nosoc" was included as option for experiments I, II, III and VIII in the respective scenarios table (table 11).
- the ocean regions table for regional fisheries was updated and regions for which there are no simulations were removed. Additionally, short names were modified to match those in the filenames.
