New output variables added to biomes, permafrost & lakes sectors

In the biomes & permafrost sectors, the output variables above-ground biomass and below-ground biomass have been added.

In the lakes sector, the output variables icethick, snowthick,Icetemp, snowtemp, sensheatf, latentheatf, momf, lwup, lakeheatf, & albedo have been added.
