The GSWP3-W5E5 dataset provided within ISIMIP2a on Jan. 20, 2020 has been replaced by a new version on Jan. 31, 2020. For this new version, the homogenisation of GSWP3 to W5E5 was done using the univariate variant of the bias-adjustment method ISIMIP3BASD v2.3 (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3648654). The latest homogensiation method works better than its predecessor in particular for relative humidty at high latitudes. Other variables are only slightly affected. Data from 1979 to 2016 remain unchanged as the new homogensiation only affects data from 1901 to 1978.
