ISIMIP3: progress in fixing discontinuities in climate input data

The soil maps hwsd_soil_data_all_land.nc and hwsd_soil_data_on_cropland.nc were updated to version 2.3, because two variables that are unitless class numbers (/impermeable layer/ and /obstacles to roots/) were incorrectly reported to have the units “percent weight” and “cm”.
