ISIMIP2a climate input data: WATCH+WFDEI renamed to WATCH-WFDEI

For reasons of compliance with ESGF standards, the plus sign was replaced with a hyphen. The dataset is now called WATCH-WFDEI consistently in the simulation protocol and on data servers.
