ISIMIP2a/2b: JULES-TUC & JULES-UoE renamed to JULES-W1 & JULES-B1 respectively

Based on the wishes of the responsible modelling teams, the models JULES-TUC and JULES-UoE have been rename to JULES-W1 and JULES-B1 respectively in the DKRZ directories.
