ISIMIP2b Water (global): soilmoist for H08 replaced

Due to a conversion problem, soil moisture data for all GCMs and experiments for the water (global) model H08 were replaced on 15 Jan, 2018. In the original data, tons/m² instead of kg /m² were used.
